Avoid Last-Minute Ordering Stress With These Tips
There are enough things going on to add stress during awards season. Ordering your awards shouldn’t be one of them. We offer a variety of awards products that you can customize for your school and personalize to add meaning for your students. Here are some tips about order lead times on some of our biggest sellers:
Custom Chenille Patches & Letters
All chenille patches are custom made to order, and there’s no average or minimum order. Because chenille isn’t stock, lead times can grow if everyone waits to place their order at the same time. With chenille, more customization equals more time. Plus, it takes more time to fulfill bigger orders. At Awards America, we can handle any size order, and our goal is always three weeks or less for order turnaround. Custom Plaques
When you think of plaques, do you picture those brown-and-gold numbers from the 80s and before? At Awards America, we’re really good at redesigning outdated awards with gorgeous graphics and unlimited colors. With our current technology, there’s really no limit to what we can do. Our plaques are custom printed, and there are no minimums. Depending on the size of the order, turnarounds on plaques are usually a couple of weeks. They can easily be stocked during the summer!
Custom Certificates
We can print your custom certificate design on parchment, leatherette, card stock or linen-texture paper. We’ll save your design, so making future changes or updates is easy. Certificate turnaround time is usually two to three weeks.
Custom Banners
When it comes to banners, we offer all kinds of variety. Our vinyl banners feature photo-quality graphics, and we offer nylon as well. We also do the traditional twill, with appliquéd lettering and emblems. We also offer gym boards with team names. Though it can vary depending on the time of year, banners usually take between two and four weeks to turn around.
Inserts & Lapel Pins
We have a huge stock of inserts and lapel pins in-house. Turnaround can be as quick as a couple of days, depending on the time of the year. We even feature some less common activities, like bass fishing and equestrian. If your school offers it, we probably have an insert or lapel pin for it!
Medals
Lead times can be longer with medals because they are somewhat more complicated to produce. They come in different colors, shapes, materials, varieties, thicknesses, and so on. We can work with you to get you the medals you need for your awards program.
